Program

A Unique Program

Our unique, nature-rich location in Kitsilano features large play spaces both inside and out, engaging learning materials, and experienced staff. Kitsilano Area Child Care Society offers a rich, play-based curriculum. Staff members implement learning opportunities throughout the day in which children are encouraged to take part, including art, music, science, yoga, and sensory exploration.

In addition, whenever possible, supplementary programs with qualified teachers may be offered (i.e. French, Drama Bugs, Sportball, etc.). Each child’s temperament, learning style and cultural background is taken into consideration when program planning. All of the above programs are inclusive, accessible, and open to anyone who takes an interest.
